/ FAQs at Acacia Ridge
Common questions about hiring at Acacia Ridge.
Can I rent a truck on a car licence?
Yes, on a Green P or Open class C car licence from any Australian state or territory. Every Easy truck is automatic transmission with a 750kg electric tailgate, so it’s easy to drive even if you’ve never driven a truck before.
What hours can I pick up from Acacia Ridge?
Pick up and return are 7am – 7pm, 7 days a week. Many of our pickups are remote, you call us when you arrive at the storage facility or service-station partner, we walk you through the gate code, and the truck is ready inside.
Do all the trucks come with a tailgate lifter?
Yes. Every truck has a 750kg-capacity electric tailgate. Our staff will show you how to operate it on the day of hire.
Can I book this Acacia Ridge location online?
Yes, reserve online or call 1300 327 901. We confirm in writing within an hour during business hours, and the $500 bond is just a credit-card hold (no funds taken unless we claim on it).

So easy to make a booking and competitive pricing compared to the likes of Budget or Avis. Over 200km of driving and the fuel economy was better than expected. The team take the time to walk you through the truck before you drive off, really professional outfit.
